Wellbeing coaching does not diagnose, prescribe, treat or cure any disease or condition either physical or mental. Well being coaching should not be construed as a prescription, a promise of benefits, claims of cures, or guarantee of results to be achieved. Our wellbeing programmes are provided for informational, educational and self-empowerment purposes.

Any information, instruction or advice given is not intended to be a substitute for Professional, medical or psychological diagnosis or care. You should not discontinue or modify any medication and/or treatment presently being taken without obtaining approval from your healthcare professional.

The following Privacy Policy aims to inform you as the customer who we are, what data we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. We hope this will reassure you that you are able to trust us with your information.

The Data controller referred to in the website is Rachael Wells Life coach (also referred to in the Policy as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’.

Information shared during a telephone enquiry
Written information on Initial profile questionnaire
When completing registration forms
Information shared subsequently whilst engaged with coaching sessions.
Any other information relating to conducting business with us.

This information includes, name, age, address, email address contact details, personal information relating to coaching questionnaire/coaching sessions. All of this information is necessary for carrying out Life coaching sessions.

How we use your information

We use the Data you have provided us with in the following ways:

To provide a bespoke service to you, the customer, based around the information we have received from you.
It may be necessary to share Information received from customers with a colleague or associate who is providing supervision to the coach; this is to ensure that a quality provision is maintained and provided. In this event, confidentiality of the customer is preserved at all times.
To carry out our service obligations to you, once a contract/agreement has been entered into; and to provide you with the information and services you have requested from us.
To provide you with information about services we think may be of interest to you.
To process & complete business transactions, and send related information, including transaction confirmation and invoices.
To inform you about changes to our service.

Data storage

Wherever possible the Customers Data is stored as hard copies, no information is stored on computer hard drives or storage, other than email addresses which are stored on-line. If documents containing Data are received via email by the Data controller (eg Initial profile questionnaire), they are printed out and the email deleted. Data is stored at a central location in a locked filing cabinet with access restricted to the Data controller (Rachael wells Life coach). Data is transported to venues where coaching sessions are carried out. In this event, the minimum information required is taken, and transported in a lockable document carrier. At work venue, Data is never left unattended or in an unattended vehicle.

Emails containing Data are deleted as soon as the communication has been processed.

We do not, nor will not sell your personal information to, or share it with any third parties.

Opting out

Access to your personal information

At any time, you are entitled to access your information for the purposes of viewing it, amending it or deleting it. To do so, please advise us by emailing us at rachaelwellslifecoach@gmail.com

Disclosure of your personal information

We do not sell your personal information to, nor share it with any third parties.

Future changes to this Privacy Policy

If at any future point we make changes to our Privacy Policy, they will be posted on this Webpage. If you are an existing customer of ours we will also email you to advise you of any changes. Please check the Policy regularly for updates or changes.
